Cialis (Tadalafil) is an impotence medication used to treat male erectile dysfunction (impotence). It was developed by the biotechnology firm ICOS and marketed worldwide by Eli Lilly and Company in more than 55 countries around the world since 2003.

Cialis is nicknamed 'Le Weekender' because it lasts for up to 36 hours. Its popularity has been growing rapidly over the past few years and it is now the second best selling Erectile Dysfunction drug after Viagra. Things you need to know before you buy Cialis

What is Cialis?
Cialis (tadalafil) is one of three oral treatments for impotence (male erectile dysfunction) currently available by prescription. It is an almond-shaped yellow pill containing the active ingredient tadalafil.

How does Cialis work?
The impotance drug Cialis works in the same way as Viagra and Levitra by blocking an enzyme called phosphodiesterase (PDE5). By inhibiting PDE5, the blood vessels in the penis remain relaxed for a longer period allowing for increased blood flow. It also has the effect of trapping the blood in the penis helping to produce longer-lasting erections. Cialis and the other treatments Viagra and Levitra only work in response to sexual stimulation.

What is the correct dosage for Cialis?
When you buy Cialis it is available in two strengths. Patients should start with the standard dose of 10mg. Only if this proves ineffective, should you try the stronger dose of 20mg.

When should I take Cialis?
Between 30 minutes and one hour prior to sexual activity. Cialis should not be taken more than once in any 24-hour period. Cialis remains effective for approximately twenty four hours though some of our patients have reported it working for up to 36 hours.

How well does Cialis work?
Official trials show that the Cialis impotence drug works extremely well. Up to 80% of men reported an improvement in their erections. The treatments are effective in about 60% of men who suffer from diabetes. Anecdotal feedback from our patients backs this up.

What are the side effects of Cialis?
Generally mild and short-lived, some of the following side effects have been reported:

  • Indigestion
  • Congestion
  • Facial Flushing
  • Headaches
  • Dizziness

Who Can't Take Cialis?
Men taking medicines containing nitrates in any form should not take Cialis as this can cause a large and sudden drop in blood pressure. Nitrates include the heart medicine nitroglycerine (GTN) and the long acting nitrates used to treat angina (chest pain). Cialis should be used with care in patients who get angina (heart pain) on exercise. Cialis can adversely interact with some medications. For further advice, please email our doctor.

Customer Feedback about Cialis
Now over 3 years old, the feedback from people who have tried Cialis has generally been positive. Patients have experienced virtually no side effects and the erection-enhancing effects last upwards of 24 hours meaning that the sex that results is spontaneous and natural. Cialis appears to be a hit with those people who aren't comfortable with the ticking clock aspect of some of the other treatments. On the flip side of the coin there has also been some criticism of Cialis. Some patients felt that they needed a stronger dose. Due to its slow release over a longer time frame, Cialis can have less pronounced and instantaneous results for some people. Other clients have been uncomfortable with the duration of Cialis and have preferred Viagra and Levitra which have less active durations. While it is good that you can relax and take Cialis with food and alcohol over a weekend, some people feel apprehensive about still having it in their system during the working week.

Je les ai pris tous les trois, le Cialis est le meilleur sans aucun doute. Le Viagra me fait mal aux couilles (sans blague!). Aucun pb avec Levitra mais je trouve que ça ne dure pas assez longtemps, ce qui est dommage car je le trouve très agréable.

C’est plutôt un problème psyco pour moi, g la trouille qd je suis avec une meuf ke je connais pas encore donc voilà souvent je bande mou quoi. Là je prends du Cialis once a day et c’est le top, plus aucun souci et les filles ne s’en doutent pas.

Malheureusement ces médicaments ne marchent pas pour moi, je suis donc passé à l’alprostadil, pas plaisant de se l’injecter mais au moins ça marche.
